Have you noticed that Recover My Files brings back a wide variety of deleted HTML Web pages and graphics? What you are seeing are files which have been deleted from the computers "Internet Cache". When a user visits a Web site, the files (HTML and graphics) that comprise each page are written to the hard drive of the computer. This increases the speed that Web pages are displayed by the computers Web browser. These recovered files tell you the Web sites that users have been visiting on the computer.
However, you can also examine the contents of the 'active' cache by using the "Add Folders To Search" option to add in the "Temporary Internet Files" folder. Depending upon the Operating System you have installed, this folder can be located in the Windows folder or under user profiles in the "Documents and Settings" folder.
